Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in process design engineering, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
• Expert knowledge of process design software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and P&ID development tools.
• Proven experience leading design for complex chemical processes, including scale-up and technology transfer.
• Deep understanding of process safety principles, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead remotely effectively for projects relevant to Kimberley.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of process design packages, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and control strategies.
• Conduct rigorous process simulations, hazard analyses, and feasibility studies for new and modified processes.
