Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in chemical R&D or related research positions.
• Proven record of innovation and problem-solving in a research setting.
• Strong knowledge of kinetics, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
• Experience with lab techniques and analytical instrumentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and applied research to develop novel chemical processes and technologies.
• Design and execute laboratory-scale experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and potential research avenues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects.
• Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to intellectual property generation through patent applications.
