Opening in 2028, the South Niagara Hospital will bring together services from our Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, and select acute care services from the Welland site - creating a modern, connected, and patient-focused facility. This transformational project will redefine how we deliver care, improve outcomes, and enhance the work environment for staff and physicians through technology, spaces, and integrated teams. To support this exciting change, Niagara Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the change engagement strategy—working closely with leaders and departments across the organization to guide teams through this significant system-wide transformation.
Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Strategy, Research and Redevelopment, and working in close partnership with the Director of Service Planning and Operational Readiness and the Interim Director of Strategy and ePMO, the Senior Change Management Specialist will lead the development and implementation of robust change management strategy and plans for the South Niagara Hospital Project.
This role is central to ensuring that the South Niagara Hospital's transformational initiatives meet strategic, operational, and cultural goals - on time and on budget.
