Job summary

Tangerine Bank is seeking a Manager, Employee Initiatives to lead strategic employee experience, engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will partner with leaders to design, implement, and measure programs that strengthen performance and belonging.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and focuses on data-driven workforce insights, enterprise-wide projects, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience driving employee experience and culture initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze workforce data and derive insights.
• Proven collaboration with leaders and OCM teams to improve engagement.
