Job summary

COFOMO Inc. in Montreal is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join our hybrid team. You will design and implement scalable solutions, collaborate with product and business partners, and help manage backlogs and roadmaps across multiple projects.

You will craft functional specs, define testing strategies, and document releases while ensuring quality and best practices. A strong background in Java, Spring, REST APIs, and cloud/microservices is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in fullstack Java development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD with Git, GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Spring, REST APIs, and Angular.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on feasibility and detailed design of application solutions.
• Co-create with business partners on needs and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define functional specifications with Product Owner and project team.
• Develop testing strategies with the architect; produce documentation.
• Monitor tech stack and promote best practices within the team; manage incidents.
