Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team. Design and implement front-end interfaces in React, Redux, JavaScript, and HTML, and build API-driven data pipelines.

You will work across Canada with French and English fluency, contribute to CI/CD, microservices, and cloud technologies, and help modernize client solutions within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Master software engineering and object-oriented development concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of Java.
• Experience with modern software ecosystems: domain architecture, microservices, APIs, streaming, cloud tech, real-time data feeds.
• Knowledge of agile development, source code management and DevOps platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory, Docker, EKS).
• Fluency in French and English for daily tasks and communication across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end interfaces in React, Redux, JavaScript and HTML, plus data integration via APIs, microservices and Kafka.
• Develop pipelines to automate CI, TDD, and CD processes.
• Maintain knowledge of API, DataPower, Kafka, SOA, and MQ ecosystems.
• Ensure visibility of technical debt to stakeholders.
• Support application operations teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Assist Data Architecture Advisor in modeling data flows between applications.
