We seek a seasoned functional analyst to collaborate with business partners, analyze needs, and deliver functional solutions within a team that embraces Agile methodologies and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, 4+ years in development/evolution, and at least 2 years delivering business solutions in a VS .NET environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 5 years in information technology, with 4+ years in systems development/maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years as a functional analyst in a VS .NET environment.
• Experience with a recognized development methodology (e.g., Macroscope, Green Guide) for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand, analyze and document needs for the evolution and maintenance of systems.
• Contribute to the development of functional solutions based on existing documentation, architecture briefs and best practices.
• Participate in the team's agile activities: planning, tracking, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support testing, QA, production release activities and incident resolution.
• Provide functional support to users and assist in deployment of solutions.
