Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a Dynamics Functional Analyst in Montreal for a hybrid role. You will analyze business needs, design solutions, and define functional specifications, guiding product owners and development teams through the project lifecycle.

You will plan stories and sprints, develop testing strategies, and ensure quality and safety of delivered solutions while contributing to backlog management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in an appropriate discipline.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Master the advanced features and concepts of CRM Dynamics.
• Demonstrate experience with cloud concepts and environments.
• Knowledge of the JIRA tool and its use in a project management or development context.
• Accept a hybrid work arrangement that includes being in the office two (2) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs with the implementation squad;
• Collaborate in the detailed design of solutions;
• Define functional specifications and handle exceptions;
• Advise the product owner and development teams on functional directions;
• Participate in the planning of stories, sprints, releases, projects and essays;
• Develop functional testing strategies in collaboration with the architect;
• Perform manual and/or automated tests under his/her responsibility;
• Ensure the quality and safety of the solutions delivered;
• Participate in implementations and contribute to the resolution of anomalies;
• Produce and maintain the required functional documentation;
• Collaborate in the management of backlogs with business partners.
