Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with Business Analysis capabilities to steer major Operational Risk & Controls IT initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement AI-SDLC, and use GenAI for reporting and forecasting, aligning delivery with enterprise risk priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology program/project management experience with Agile Project Management or Scrum leadership.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, impact analysis, and documentation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with integrated schedules, roadmaps, and executive status reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with project delivery and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio) and strong visualization skills (PowerPoint executive presentations);
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools in project management (Claude Code, Open AI, etc.).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and influence business executives and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Op Risk & Controls IT programs, ensuring predictable execution and alignment to enterprise priorities using Agile or hybrid.
• Establish and maintain program governance across concurrent initiatives while managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance project delivery, including GenAI for reporting, risk forecasting, and schedule optimization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across business and technology teams, delivering transparent progress updates and forecasts.
• Implement the new AI Software Delivery Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) and collaborate with GFT AI leadership to evolve for optimized results.
• Deliver financial accountability by estimating project costs, monitoring spend, and managing forecasts.
• Optimize cross-functional collaboration through AI-assisted tools and translate requirements into milestones, including data mapping.
• Business Systems Analysis by facilitating requirements gathering, creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and impact analysis.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy and governance frameworks.
