AgeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at 77 Jamieson Court, New Westminster. The RN will work with the Director of Care to deliver safe and ethical nursing care, promote teamwork, and uphold AgeCare's mission and guiding principles.

The role emphasizes resident safety, quality care, and collaboration with families and staff, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registration and good standing with provincial registry required.
• Knowledge of Canadian health and safety acts and nursing standards required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents within the neighbourhood and with other in-house services.
• Lead shift reports and inform team of changes in residents' status.
• Document significant changes in residents’ condition in charts per AgeCare policies and provincial standards.
• Review and process physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Communicate difficulties in processing orders to the Director of Care/Assistant Director of Care.
