Senior Helpers Surrey North is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client care. You will oversee care and office teams, develop partnerships with hospitals and care facilities, and manage digital lead generation and marketing strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the owner, staff coaching, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, plus 3+ years in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4+ years of relevant work experience).
• Minimum of three years of operations leadership in home care, home health, or healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt in changing environments.
• Strong communication and follow-up with prospects, referral sources, and stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive, and able to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and provide daily support to care and office teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality client care and resource utilization.
• Establish lead sources and partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and manage new lead sources through meetings, networking, and digital marketing; manage digital marketing functions.
• Create weekly activity reports and track KPIs.
• Coordinate client onboarding with caregiver introductions and first-day visits.
• Coach and train staff in collaboration with the owner; ensure clear staff communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
