Job summary

Senior Helpers Surrey North is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive new client leads by building relationships with community professionals who can refer clients. You will develop referral networks and implement marketing strategies aligned with industry best practices.

You will manage digital marketing efforts, maintain the CRM, and report on weekly activities and KPIs while meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or three years of related work experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development in home care, home health, or healthcare in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of one year’s healthcare industry experience developing and managing a sales strategy.
• Exceptional organizational and rapport-building skills with strong follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with prospects and referral sources.
• Self-starter, solutions driven, motivated and results-oriented to maximize growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market conditions and trends to identify business opportunities.
• Identify local influence centers and develop referral sources.
• Develop and manage new referral sources through meetings, networking, and digital strategies.
• Coordinate and manage digital marketing functions with leadership.
• Visit and arrange meetings with potential referral sources daily.
• Engage 8–10 referral sources daily to build relationships and gain referrals.
• Coordinate activities using a monthly marketing calendar.
• Organize daily networking and relationship-building tasks.
• Present Senior Helpers services at healthcare and senior organizations.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to network and develop referrals.
• Assist in coordinating marketing methods with the Franchisor’s Marketing team.
• Maintain and manage a CRM system.
• Develop weekly activity reports and track KPIs and marketing data.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Represent the company professionally.
