Job summary

Senior Helpers Surrey North is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client care. You will direct care and office teams, build partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities and healthcare providers, and shape strategies for sustainable growth.

You will leverage your experience in operations, leadership, and digital outreach to expand lead sources, manage KPI dashboards, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations, provide daily support and leadership to care and office teams.
• Develop and implement strategies for high-quality client care and efficient use of resources.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities and other healthcare providers.
• Develop and manage new lead sources through meetings, networking and digital strategies; oversee digital marketing functions.
• Develop and maintain weekly activity reports and track KPIs.
• Coordinate client onboarding with caregiver introductions and initial visits within 90 days.
• Collaborate with owner on coaching and training of staff; ensure clear communications.
