Senior Helpers Surrey North is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee care and office teams in the Surrey area. You will develop targeted growth strategies, manage partnerships with hospitals and senior living communities, and oversee digital marketing and lead generation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of 4+ years of relevant work experience)
• Minimum of three years of operations experience in home care, home health, or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and follow-up with prospects, referral sources, and partners
• Driven, independent, and capable of leading a diverse team
