Senior Helpers of Surrey North is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to generate new client leads by building relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources in the Surrey North area. You will develop, maintain, and expand relationships, while coordinating digital marketing strategies.

The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires active networking, weekly KPI tracking, and consistent follow-up to meet sales objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or three years in related marketing, sales, and/or business development in home care, home health, or healthcare in lieu of degree.
• One year’s experience in the healthcare industry developing and managing a sales strategy preferred; strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to maintain relationships with prospects and referral sources.
• Self-starter, solutions driven, motivated, and results-oriented to maximize growth potential.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market conditions and trends to identify business opportunities.
• Identify local referral sources (hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and related providers) and build relationships.
• Develop and manage new referral sources through meetings, networking, and digital strategies.
• Coordinate and manage digital marketing with leadership and owner guidance.
• Visit potential referrers and arrange meetings.
• Engage 8–10 referral sources daily to gain referrals.
• Organize daily network and relationship-building tasks.
• Arrange presentations at healthcare and senior organizations.
• Attend trade shows and community events to expand referrals.
• Assist in coordinating marketing methods with franchisor’s team and CRM upkeep.
• Develop weekly activity reports and track KPIs.
