Job summary

Senior Helpers of Richmond is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, guide care and office teams, and drive revenue growth. Use your entrepreneurial spirit and sales and operations experience to inspire your staff and deliver excellent in-home care.

You will develop strategies, establish partnerships with hospitals and senior communities, manage digital marketing, and ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations in home care, home health, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and rapport-building skills; active listener, attentive to detail and able to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with prospects, referral sources, and key influence center personnel.
• Driven and independent spirit motivated by achieving results.
• Exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to develop partnerships by soliciting commitment and buy-in from others.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and encourage collaboration within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations, provide daily support and leadership to care and office teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality client care and efficient use of resources for growth and financial viability.
• Determine lead sources and establish/maintain partnerships with hospitals and senior living communities among other providers.
• Develop and manage new lead sources through face-to-face meetings, networking, and digital strategies; manage digital marketing functions.
• Establish a communication process for new clients including caregiver introductions, first day service calls, and a visit within the first 90 days.
• Collaborate with owner in coaching and training of internal staff; ensure staff communications are accurate and thorough.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:
