Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with QA focus to translate business needs into user stories, document processes, and oversee QA for new systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, using Jira/Confluence and MS Office for reporting and validation. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in supply chain-related systems and replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Quality Assurance experience and extensive Business Systems Analysis background.

Role Description

• Understand and document current business processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure system meetsbusiness needs and expectations.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs asexpected and adhe res to quality standards.
• Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations ofsystem processes.
• Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge Performing other duties asassigned, in addition to the ones listed above.

Requirements

• years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business SystemsAnalyst. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Quality Assurance experience. Provenexperience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io. Knowledge of supplychain replenishment processes. Exceptional written and oral communicationskills, and strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving,and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a commitment to qualityand attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and manage multipleproject deadlines. Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.
• Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions. Qualifications:Agile methodology certification is an asset. Certified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP) is an asset.

Required Skill Set

• years of experience in productmanagement or as a senior business analyst transitioning into a product role,with strong exposure to order management and replenishment systems.
• Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-basedreplenishment operations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, andorder lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and leadcross‑functional teams.
