• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Experience with API integrations and complex business rule analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs for sales and returns initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, QA, Store Operations, and Customer Care teams to deliver business solutions.
• Define and support API integration requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Analyze complex business processes, return policies, eligibility rules, and operational workflows.
• Support POS, retail systems, and omnichannel integration initiatives to enhance customer and store experiences.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and open decisions throughout Agile delivery cycles.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing support, and requirements clarification activities.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL/BigQuery to validate requirements, investigate issues, and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and support reporting, metrics, and data-driven recommendations related to sales, returns, transactions, and customer journeys.

Role Description:

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in requirements documentation, user stories, PRDs, andacceptance criteria.
• Experience with API integrations and complex business rule analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Retail, returns, post-purchase, or omnichannel commerce experience preferred.
