Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada is seeking a role that bridges business requirements with technology in the trading domain, covering front-to-back systems across equities, fixed income, derivatives and FX.

You will gather and document requirements from traders and operations, translate them into functional specs, data mappings and workflows, and support UAT and risk controls.

This is a full-time position in Toronto with a salary range CA$100,000–CA$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements across trading, settlement, and post-trade systems.
• Bridge business stakeholders (traders, operations) with technology teams for solution design.
• Perform regulatory impact analysis (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank).
• Define functional specifications, data mappings, and system workflows.
• Collaborate on design of front-to-back systems across asset classes.
• Analyze and document interfaces across OMS, EMS, risk, clearing, custody.
• Support integration of market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters) and reference data systems.
• Drive UAT coordination and requirements traceability.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

• Gather and document business requirements across trading, settlement, and post-trade systems

• Drive UAT coordination, ensuring requirements traceability and validation
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per annum
