Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

1. Analyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentation.
2. Ensure integrity of business and technical requirements throughout the end-to-end customer journey.
3. Drive joint application design sessions with architecture, development, and security teams to inform high-level estimates for initiatives.
4. Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders to create use cases, user stories, and diagrams.
5. Lead enterprise process engineering across infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and cryptography teams.
6. Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog and associated deliverables with forecasted timelines.
7. Bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure alignment on functional and non-functional requirements.
8. Contribute to improving engineering practices by providing feedback and suggestions.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in a challenging IT environment.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• 7+ years in an agile environment, creating BSA artifacts.
• 3+ years as a Delivery Lead.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Banking experience.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
