Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of success in a similar business development or sales role.
• Proven ability to prospect for new business and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage clients.

• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus; real estate or property management background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to introduce our company and services to key decision-makers.
• Qualify and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels through cold calls, warm outreach, and email communications.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to create and deliver compelling proposals.
• Regularly meet with customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities to build a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports.
• Adapt to a continuously changing environment while remaining organized, optimistic, and receptive to feedback.
