Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in business applications or similar.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred for the Cloud Migration program.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake of projects and major initiatives according to PDLC.
• Document all business artifacts and requirements for projects.
• Document business processes for applications owned/managed.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet SLAs and BAT documentation for projects.
• Support BAT testing with the Test Lead and ensure testing standards.
• Collaborate with Technology to align business and data governance requirements.
• Assist deployment and change management for initiatives related to owned applications.
• Identify risks, provide options, and escalate to project manager and business owner.
• Serve as escalation point for application and operations issues with partners.
