Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a Toronto hybrid engagement. The role focuses on Corp/Commercial Banking processes, requirements gathering, and system testing across ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira and qTest.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in corporate banking, expertise in BSA activities, IT SDLC, Agile methods, and SQL data analysis. Prior ACBS migration experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Corp/ Commercial Banking experience
• Experience in Service Now, Confluence, Jira, qTest required
• BSA with the standard capabilities around functional requirements gathering
• Experience with IT SDLC, Agile, data analysis (aka using SQL, profiling data)
• Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Lending lines of businesses experience is required.
• Also, prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects will be preferred.
• QA with the testing experience on user UI’s, Web applications, and database testing (SQL experience)
• Building test execution plans, good communication skills and automation experience is an added advantage
