Senior Business Analyst Bilingual 100% remote

Responsibilities

• Document, structure, and maintain all business processes related to operations
• Develop training materials and process documentation
• Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend improvements
• Track process performance using KPIs and relevant indicators
• Support communication, training, and change management activities
• Ensure process consistency and quality across teams
• Collaborate with IT to align tools and systems with process requirements
• Act as a key partner to operational teams in a continuous improvement context

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and process consulting
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Miro, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required)
• Ability to structure, challenge, simplify, and lead with influence
• Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in evolving and sometimes ambiguous contexts
• Background in financial services or insurance (considered a strong asset)
