Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of experience providing business analysis and process consulting in healthcare or digital health environments.
• Experience leading business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business, clinical, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitating workshops with clinical, operational, technical, executive, and vendor stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and health information exchange concepts.
• Experience mapping processes, workflows, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, information governance, and operational readiness practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
