Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Proven ability to write detailed use cases and user stories.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of technical and system requirements.
• Customer journey, user interface, and online application experience.
• Effective communication and proactive, flexible attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst seeking a dynamic opportunity?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Business Analyst – Banking, AML & Customer Journey Projects. This position involves supporting AML and estate/deceased customer portfolio projects, including process enhancements, customer journey improvements, and application-related initiatives.

Pay rate range (CAD): $65.00/hr – $70.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Capture and document detailed system and business requirements
