Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Building Science Project Engineer / Project Manager in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Lead complex building envelope restoration, rehabilitation and new construction across multiple sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• P.Eng. designation required.
• 8–15 years of Building Science/Building Envelope consulting experience.
• Extensive envelope investigations, remediation design, restoration, construction review experience.
• Proven project and client management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and business development skills.
• Coaching and mentoring Building Science teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead building envelope projects from investigation through design and construction completion.
• Conduct condition assessments and forensic investigations of building envelope systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to water infiltration, air leakage, condensation, thermal bridging, and material deterioration.
• Develop rehabilitation and restoration strategies for existing buildings.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, design documents and client recommendations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and mock-ups.
• Provide construction review and contract administration services.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business growth.
