Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in building envelope consulting or building science.
• Experience with building envelope investigations and remediation design.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage building envelope projects from initial investigation through design and construction completion.
• Conduct site investigations and condition assessments of building envelope systems.
• Develop building envelope rehabilitation, repair, and renewal strategies.
• Prepare technical reports and condition assessments for clients.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and other engineering disciplines.
