Qualifications
5 - 10 years of experience in building envelope consulting or building science.
Experience with building envelope investigations and remediation design.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
Manage building envelope projects from initial investigation through design and construction completion.
Conduct site investigations and condition assessments of building envelope systems.
Develop building envelope rehabilitation, repair, and renewal strategies.
Prepare technical reports and condition assessments for clients.
Coordinate with structural, architectural, and other engineering disciplines.
