Job summary

Colliers in Toronto is seeking a Brokerage Project Specialist to support marketing, operational duties and transactional management within our commercial real estate team, helping to drive client success. This hybrid role (4 days on site) is based out of our Etobicoke, ON office and requires 2+ years of sales or admin experience in real estate; proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office is essential.

Salary ranges from 66,596 to 90,087 CAD per year, with comprehensive benefits.

About you

As a Brokerage Project Specialist, you are experienced professional looking to take the next step of your career in commercial real estate! Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients. In this position, you will be supporting marketing, operational duties and transactional management with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit – which means YOU will be an integral part of the team’s success.

In this role, you will…

• Help oversee the team’s transactions, tracking critical dates and regularly updating clients and colleagues
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
• Create/format proposals and presentations, collaborating with Colliers Marketing to help curate team marketing collateral
• Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings
• Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, collect pertinent documentation, sending tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, print tour books, schedule tenant tours, etc.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a real estate environment (commercial real estate is a definite asset)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience required
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $66,596 - 90,087 per annum

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
