Job summary

Colliers in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Canadian Marketing Studio. You will support brokerage and service line projects, develop day-to-day marketing activities, proposals, campaigns, presentations, events, and ad-hoc requests, guiding projects from ideation to delivery.

You will coordinate with vendors, assist with project management, create marketing materials, and help maintain brand integrity while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in Marketing.
  • Degree/certificate in Marketing or related field.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong project management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing requests and manage artwork with external vendors.
  • Assist service line leads with project management for property campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for pitches, proposals, and campaigns.
  • Create presentations and marketing materials.

About you

You’re a marketing professional who is looking to take the next step in your career by leveraging your creative ideas in a fast-moving industry. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be a key member of the Canadian Marketing Studio team to support brokerage and assist with other service line projects and marketing requests. You will play an important role in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing activities and content. You will be responsible for assisting with business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, internal and external presentations, client events, administration, and some design work. You will also be responsible for supporting the creation of business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and ad-hoc marketing requests. You will contribute to the success of the marketing team by being involved in the full project cycle from ideation, planning, execution, production, and final deliverable, ensuring strong communication within the team and stakeholders throughout, and meeting timelines.

  • Coordinate all marketing requests and communicate artwork and needs to external vendors, ensuring timelines are being delivered
  • You will assist marketing service line leads and Marketing Specialists with the project management and execution of small to medium scale property marketing programs.
  • You will assist with the development, implementation, and execution of project marketing strategies that support business objectives (in pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and property marketing materials) – while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables.
  • You will create marketing materials including internal and external presentations, and some design work.
  • You will effectively coordinate the promotion and updating of ongoing internal communications: flat screens, posters, walls of fame, lobby displays, internal blog, and eblasts where applicable
  • You will be an integral member of the marketing team and a trusted advisor to the Marketing and Brokerage business.
What you’ll bring
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing
  • Degree/certificate in Marketing or a related field
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Intermediate knowledge of InDesign - Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
  • Excellent project management skills, and ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changing priorities
  • Understanding of ad serving technologies and online advertising concepts.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team; takes initiative and pushes conventional thinking to provide creative solutions to problems
Key Information
  • Area / Location Specific: Downtown Toronto, ON
  • Approximate salary range: $58,963 to $65,000 per annum
  • Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
