Job summary

Colliers in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Market Data Coordinator to manage and validate market information within our platform. You will source and update listing availability, verify transactional data, and research market comparables to support data integrity.

Working in a hybrid role, you will collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and external advisors, participate in meetings, and ensure accurate data entry and SLA compliance for office and industrial properties.

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma in a related field.
  • 1–2 years in a real estate data role.
  • Experience with data management systems.
  • Strong client service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Source and update listing availability into our database with precision.
  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables with internal/external advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect/update data per SLAs.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, documenting information in our platform.
  • Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned properties; assist with surveys.

As a Market Data Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and validating market information within our platform. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.

In this role, you will…
  • Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.
  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.
  • Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned office and industrial properties.
  • Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information
What you’ll bring
  • Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.
  • Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Area / Location Specific: Downtown Toronto, ON

Approximate Compensation for this Role: $45,644 to $50,000 per annum

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
