Responsibilities

• Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate and resolve complex bodily injury claims.
• Contact claimants, clients, lawyers and witnesses during investigation and resolution.
• Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
• Provide exceptional client service in line with claims service and quality standards.
