Job summary

Beyond Bilingual Inc. in Etobicoke, ON, is seeking a Senior Bilingual Customer Service and Inside Sales professional to join a dynamic, on-site team.

You will manage bilingual customer inquiries, process orders, and support a growing B2B customer base with a focus on service quality and product knowledge. This full-time role requires at least 2 years in inside sales and customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required.
• Minimum 2 years Inside Sales and Customer Service experience.
• Prefer product but would consider service and sales.
• Experience in consumer goods is an asset.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must be flexible and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.
• Experience with CRM and Excel.

Senior Bilingual Customer Service and Inside SalesOur client distributes chemical products in markets across North America. They are seeking an organized, enthusiastic team player who can multi-task and play a key role in their customer service department. They value the protection of health, safety and environment and ethical business practices.

Location:

Etobicoke (100% On Site)

Hours:

8:00am-4:00pm, OR 9:00am-5:00pm, OR 8:30am-4:30pm

Salary:

UP TO $60K + Bonus of 7% - Paid out annually Total salary $65K+
