Chatters Limited Partnership in Peterborough is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Lansdowne location. You will lead by example, delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations to help customers express their personal style.

The role requires strong communication and retail experience, with the ability to educate customers and colleagues on trends, hair care routines, and product knowledge while meeting store targets and maintaining upbeat energy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
