Job summary

Chatters in Vaughan’s Colossus Centre seeks a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You will lead by example and help customers explore their personal style while driving sales and upholding merchandising standards.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Colossus Centre, Vaughan Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
