Chatters Mapleview Mall in Burlington is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to lead personalized beauty consultations, educate clients on hair care trends, and drive sales within a vibrant retail salon setting. You will support store operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and a passion for beauty, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
