Job summary

Chatters in Toronto is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at Fairview Mall, North York Salon. You will lead personalized beauty consultations and provide expert product recommendations to help customers explore their personal style.

You will educate customers and team members on professional hair care trends and routines, drive sales, and support daily salon operations while mentoring other Beauty Sales Consultants. Competitive hourly wage and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Fairview Mall, North York Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customersand team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
