Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development experience, preferably with customer-focused products.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data processing at scale.
• Proficient in Node.js/TypeScript and modern backend stacks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop new features based on customer and product requirements.
• Work closely with customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and support high-volume data processing.
• Build and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.
• Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and support.
• Help improve the overall customer experience and product quality.
