Job summary

CDW Canada is seeking an AV Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Audio-Visual and Unified Communications projects across civic sites within the Greater Toronto Area. Working closely with the AV Senior Lead, this role coordinates technology deployments, site readiness, vendor management, and documentation to ensure successful rollouts.

The candidate collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and site representatives, coordinating activities across multiple GTA civic locations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AV and UC deployment projects.
• Knowledge of meeting room technologies and workplace collaboration solutions.
• Experience coordinating technology rollouts or deployments.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external integrators.
• Experience with site readiness activities and deployment planning.
• Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid ability to travel between GTA sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV and UC deployment projects across multiple civic locations.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with site readiness assessments and deployment preparation.
• Coordinate installation schedules, equipment deliveries, and logistics.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, site representatives, and stakeholders.
• Support rollout initiatives, user transitions, and implementation planning.
• Ensure activities align with standards, timelines, and requirements.
