Job summary

Axiom Group Inc. is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead automotive assembly and automation development, from feasibility to production handoff. You will design process flows, specify equipment, and manage suppliers while driving DFA, PFMEA, and APQP across programs.

You will work with robotics, machine vision, controls, and data capture to optimize cycle times, labor, and throughput, mentoring engineers, and leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related field.
7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Experience with complex automated assembly systems and DFMA concepts.
Experience in automotive manufacturing environments including plastics molding.

Responsibilities

Lead DFA/feasibility reviews for new products and capacity expansions.
Develop manufacturing strategies including process flow, automation level and material flow.
Develop and validate manual to fully automated assembly processes.
Lead multi-station automated assembly systems development and integration.
Collaborate with robotics, machine vision, controls, data acquisition and testing.
