Job summary

BPA in Toronto seeks a Senior Associate, Electrical Engineering to lead complex building projects and grow our local team. You will own key client relationships, direct electrical design review, and mentor engineers from planning through delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors, plus field visits to ensure retrofit success and safe, reliable electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng designation or eligibility in Ontario.
• 7–10 years of electrical engineering consulting experience.
• Client relationship management expertise.
• Site visit and retrofit project experience.

Responsibilities

• Own key client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead design and review of electrical systems across diverse building projects with technical excellence.
