Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable to manage large accounts, lead collections efforts, and drive improvements in cash flow. You will mentor a team, prepare management reports, and partner with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and reduce bad debt.

The role emphasizes guidance, data-driven decision making, and strategic involvement in account resolutions, while supporting organizational growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five+ years in accounts receivable or related field with leadership.
• Experience negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex accounts receivable portfolios including escalations.
• Drive cash flow optimization and mitigate financial risk.
• Prepare portfolio reports and support senior management with insights.
• Lead a team of Escalations Enablement Specialists and mentor staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
