Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to guide the AP function, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will lead the AP team, coordinate priorities, and support complex case resolutions in a fast-paced talent management environment.

You will work closely with Finance, Talent Management, Agents, and Operations, while remaining involved in day-to-day AP tasks. A hands-on leader with NetSuite experience is preferred, and bilingual English/French is an

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable or related financial operations experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring an AP or accounting team.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and vendor management.
• ERP experience, NetSuite a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to the AP team.
• Organize workloads to ensure accurate invoices and payments within deadlines.
• Review AP transactions for accuracy and proper coding.
• Oversee talent, vendor, and partner payments.
• Escalate complex invoice or payment issues and resolve them.
• Ensure AP procedures are followed and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Talent Management, Agents and Operations.
• Remain hands-on in AP activities when needed.
