What will you do?

• Perform system health checks, monitoring, alerting, and take necessary actions.
• Lead investigations of application operational failures, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Analyze system monitoring dashboards (Dynatrace), logging systems (ELK), and other tools to identify issues.
• Ensure the production and maintenance of high-quality support documentation and processes.
• Promote innovative working methods and implement best practices.
• Participate in project release reviews, specifications, implementation plans, and testing plans.
• Write SQL queries and generate reports.
• Build relationships across IT partners and platforms to influence and impact business outcomes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, web technologies, or code management tools.
• Experience with SRE tools like PagerDuty.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high-quality standards.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with architecture/process workflow analysis and design.
• Familiarity with ITSM.
