Affirm, Inc. is hiring Senior Analysts to own complex analytic problems across the customer and merchant lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically driven experience in consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in data science, computer science, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling, including applying ML techniques to business or risk problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning product, legal, compliance, and engineering.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and regional market dynamics.
• Ability to translate regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical problems across products and geographies.
• Derive insights and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies using advanced analytics.
• Monitor macro and market trends to adjust analytical and operational plans.
• Design, build, and interpret performance metrics for risk, fraud, or growth models.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance to translate requirements into analytical policy and design.
