Job summary

affirm, Inc. hires Senior Analysts across its Risk & Analytics organization. You will own complex analytical problems end to end, translating data into business strategy and influencing decisions across technical and non-technical teams.

You will work with autonomy through the entire analytical lifecycle, bringing rigorous analysis, domain expertise, and the ability to translate regulatory and economic insights into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically driven experience in consumer lending or fintech.
• Degree in data science, computer science, engineering, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in sql, python, or other scripting languages.
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling with ML experience.

Responsibilities
