Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically driven work in consumer lending, fintech, or credit.
• Degree in data science, computer science, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Advanced SQL and Python; data mining, visualization, and ML experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership bridging product, legal, compliance and engineering.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and market dynamics.
• Ability to translate regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize End-to-End Strategy: independently derive insights and optimize strategies across products and geographies.
• Manage Macro & Market Trends: monitor portfolio performance and macro trends to adapt analytics and risk plans.
• Model & Capability Building: design and interpret metrics for risk, fraud, or growth models with ML.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: work with product, legal, and compliance to translate requirements into analytics.
• Oversee Frameworks & Launches: drive analytical frameworks for new product launches and market entries.
• External & Strategic Alignment: engage with merchants, vendors, and partners for compliance and strategy.
• AI Leverage & Mentorship: build AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts.
