Job summary

Salesforce Partner Canada is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives, delivering high-value, AI-enabled client solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You will act as a hands-on advisor, shaping architecture, integration, and deployment strategies while mentoring peers and expanding the practice.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance.
• Experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid-to-large-sized organization with leadership in transformation.
• 2+ years experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
• Experience with enterprise architecture including integration technologies, SSO, and master data management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead customer/partner success stories in front-/back-end architecture and release management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to tailor materials to audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Become a highly certified Salesforce expert and contribute to customer success.
• Help clients meet/exceed goals and metrics through solution development and release management.
• Deliver high client satisfaction and guidance on best practices and architecture.
• Drive design documents and integration strategies leveraging Salesforce and customer infrastructure.

• Mentor and grow junior teammates and contribute to practice growth.
