RapidSOS, the leading public safety AI company, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect in Canada to lead technical pre-sales with enterprise customers, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and craft demos and PoCs using our APIs.

You will design the solution from discovery to technical approach, build integrations to emergency workflows, and deliver tailored presentations to clients while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product and Public Safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering with 3+ in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with API-based or SaaS products in presales or post-sales.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms or with containers.
• Strong communication; ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical engagement during pre-sales with product demos, pilots and PoCs.
• Design solutions from discovery to a clear technical approach, including APIs and integrations.
• Build and deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and build client relationships.
• Create documentation and specifications to support technical sales and translate requirements into solutions for Product/Engineering.
• Assess scope, feasibility and risk, and overcome challenges with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product and Public Safety.
• Lead with AI and continuously learn to prototype and solve problems for customers.
