Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our Global Studios team in Toronto on a 6-month contract with likelihood of extension. The role is fully hybrid, aligning with EST hours, and focuses on leading high-impact digital initiatives for a fast-moving client in AI and web spaces.

You’ll bridge strategy, design, and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers and developers to deliver on time while maintaining quality and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital project management experience in fast-paced agency or growth env.
• Proven ability to lead UX/UI and engineering teams.
• Strong English communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex web, AI and digital products from discovery to launch.
• Organize multi-threaded projects with milestones, sprints, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams of designers and developers to meet deadlines.
• Support clients with clear communication and scope management.
• Maintain status docs and allocate resources.
